This is my freeware MSDE, SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005 Administration Tool. It's a freetime project! Use on your own risk! It's written, cause i wanted to give the community a tool that's pushing the SQL Server instead of using Access. Currently this is version 1.0.0.27. The next version will give better support for the SQL Express Edition. Meanwhile you have to wait, sorry but i have to earn money, too!
Due to the release of the new Administration Tool from Microsoft it's not necessary to build such a tool. But right know I'm thinking about the new version. And I think this should be a tool where other people (that means YOU) can build plugins for other databases. This means the tool should support the basic administration of each database. Not the blablabla Features of a db.
